These are all things I love. And the key to success is to do what you love. The problem is, for some, after years of trudging through the trenches, they forget why they love what they do. It’s my personal goal to keep that passion alive and always focus on the “Why.”
Beyond that, I wanted to not just do good business, but Do Good with my Business. I believe that everyday is an opportunity to make the world a better place. Every day provides us with a chance to share kindness to others. It’s a simple thing really. A smile. Opening a door. Picking up a piece of trash. These acts inspire others to do the same.
When dealing with clients, I work to learn your culture. Find out what inspires you and what you’re passionate about. When you’re passionate about what you do, you’re much happier. And when you’re happy, you can spread that joy to others.
AND, I’ll take you surfing. I love to surf and I want to share that passion with others. So I’ve introduced Board Meetings. It’s a great way to get out and play and blow off some steam and it sure beats a cup of coffee.
